I was given an appointment with Faye who was very thorough and efficient yet friendly. She treated me with respect and listened to my problem. As she couldn’t make a quick decision herself she advised me that she would ask Dr Attique for his opinion and ring me back with the decision made. She did this and rang me to tell me my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Thank you all once again for the care given me

The only thing I would like personally is more attention given to me with my ongoing back problems as my pain is very severe and I cannot mention it as only one problem can be dealt with each visit . I am issued numerous tablets for various ailments but no follow up checks are made by the doctor only once a year by the pharmacist re tablets who doesn’t know what I am going through. I feel I have been left to suffer after my back operation with even the doctor knowing that I have nerve damage following this surgery and no help offered to cope, only tablets

Dear Queensview Medical, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my son, Zayd Khan's, appointment on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, at 10:35 am. While the appointment itself was satisfactory, I am disappointed to report that Zayd was not seen until approximately 40 minutes past his scheduled time. This delay caused him to miss his school lunch break. It would have been greatly appreciated if the surgery had been able to communicate the running late status and provide an estimated wait time. Zayd, being a young boy, was left waiting without any updates, which caused some confusion and frustration. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but a simple notification would have helped manage expectations and prevent any disruption to his school schedule. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Mr. Khan
